SCOOTER ALERT ! EPA
& DOT taking action against illegal scooters.
In response to the flood of illegal scooters
being imported, the EPA and DOT are getting
serious about enforcing emission and safety
regulations.
Customs has already seized thousands of illegal
scooters and importers are being severely fined.

Enforcement Alert published by the EPA.
As we did with the Bajaj scooters and 3
wheelers, we have expended considerably effort
(and expense) to insure that Argo scooters are
completely compliant with all EPA, CARB, and DOT
regulations.
Many of these illegal, sub-standard and cheap
scooters are advertised on the web as EPA & DOT
legal when they are not. Buyer Beware!
We recently purchased one of these "DOT
certified and EPA approved" scooters through the
internet, watch for our upcoming report on this
scooter.
